ARTICLE 1 : Object and Purpose
The purpose of these “General Terms of Use” is to provide legal guidance on the use of www.wimblee.com and its services.
This contract is concluded between :
- The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”,
- Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.
The General Terms of Use must be accepted by any User, and access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
ARTICLE 2 : Legal Notice
The website www.wimblee.com is published by the company represented by Mr. AUCONIE Vincent whose head office is located at :

ARTICLE 3 : Access to Services
The User of the site has access to the following services:
• Search for physical products
• Articles about high-tech products
• Product price comparison
Any User with access to the Internet can access the site free of charge from anywhere in the world. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.
The following services are accessible to the User only if he is a registered member of the site (i.e. he is identified by his login credentials) :
• Notification of a price change on a product registered as a “Favourite” (belonging to the User's “wishlist”)
The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly during maintenance, without notice or justification.
ARTICLE 4: Responsibility of the User
The User is responsible for the risks related to the use of his login and password.
The User's password must remain secret. In case of disclosure of password, the Publisher declines all responsibility.
The User assumes full responsibility for the use he makes of the information and content present on the site.
Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated to the benefit of the site.
The site allows members to publish articles on the site via the “Comments” area.
The member then agrees to speak in a manner that is respectful of others and of the law and accepts that such publications be moderated or refused by the Publisher, without obligation of justification.
By publishing on the site, the User grants the Publisher the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorized third party.
However, the Publisher undertakes to quote the member in case of use of his publication.
ARTICLE 5 : Responsibility of the Publisher
Any malfunction of the server or network can not engage the responsibility of the Publisher.
Similarly, the site cannot be held liable in case of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
The website www.wimblee.com undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security.
The Publisher reserves the right to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the site is considered reliable.
ARTICLE 6: Intellectual Property
The contents of the site (logos, texts, graphic elements, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright under the Intellectual Property Code.
The User must obtain the authorization of the site editor before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents.
The latter may be used by Users for private purposes; any commercial use is prohibited.
The User is entirely responsible for any content that he puts online and undertakes not to harm a third party.
The Site Publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete freely and at any time the content put online by users, without justification.
ARTICLE 7 : Personal data
When using the website www.wimblee.com, the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website www.wimblee.com, the user's ISP, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address may be collected.
The e-mail address (e-mail) of the user may be used by the site for the communication of various information and the management of the account.
The site collects personal information relating to the user only for the purpose of certain services offered by the latter. The user shall provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when entering it by himself.
It is then specified to the user of the site www.wimblee.com the obligation or not to provide this information.
www.wimblee.com guarantees the respect of the user's private life, in accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
The site is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.
In accordance with articles 39 and 40 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his personal data. The User exercises this right via :

ARTICLE 8: Hyperlinks
The domains to which hyperlinks on the site lead do not involve the responsibility of the Publisher of www.wimblee.com, which has no possibility of checking the content of the sites visited.
It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the site without direct authorization of the Publisher.
ARTICLE 9: Evolution of the General Terms of Use
The site www.wimblee.com reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general terms of use at any time and without justification.
ARTICLE 10: Duration of the contract
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the beginning of the use of the service.
